Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an integral part of our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our success and shape the future of Proxi.id.
This is a fully remote position and preference will be given to candidates physically located in the National Capital Region.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships through professional communication and collaboration.
- Understand client needs and tailor our verification solutions to address their unique requirements, demonstrating the value proposition effectively.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, presenting our solutions, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to communicate client feedback and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of verification services.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a post-secondary institution.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to strategize and troubleshoot effectively.
- While familiarity with identity verification concepts is beneficial, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a valuable asset.
