Where is my product download code?

If you verify your group membership or affiliation after placing an order with a merchant, you will receive a follow up email from them containing further instructions.

This email may not arrive instantaneously. If you do not receive an email, please contact the merchant you purchased from for more assistance.

What should I do if I can’t find my school using the search field?

If your school does not appear in the drop-down when using the school search, then you can still verify your academic status by requesting a verification code.

To request a verification code, click on the ‘Can’t find your school?’ link below the search field and enter your school email address.

What do I do if I receive an error when using my school’s sign-in page?

If you receive an error when using your school credentials to verify, you can try using your school email address instead.

To verify your academic status using your school email address go back to the verification app and click on the ‘Can’t find your school?’ link on the school search page. Enter your school email address and a verification code will be sent to you with further instructions.

Why do I receive an error when verifying my status using my email address?

If you receive an error stating that your email address is not recognized as coming from an eligible organization, please submit proof of eligibility or contact our support team using the form below.

How do I submit proof of eligibility for an offer?

If you cannot automatically prove your affiliation by using your organization credentials or email domain, you can submit documentation to prove your eligibility.
