Where is my product download code?

If you verified your group membership or affiliation after placing an order with a merchant, you will receive a follow up email from them containing further instructions.

This email may not arrive instantaneously. If you do not receive an email, please contact the merchant you purchased from for more assistance.

What should I do if I can’t find my school using the search field?

If your school does not appear in the drop-down when using the school search, then you can still verify your academic status by requesting a verification code.

To request a verification code, click on the ‘Can’t find your school?’ link below the search field and enter your school provided email address.

Why do I receive an error when entering my email address or verification code?

If you receive an error stating that your email address or verification code are invalid, please ensure that they are typed correctly into the appropriate field.
